That is a Greenfield if I ever saw one. I haven't seen to many builders who do their laminated necks with a solid mahogany heal.

Yes, yes, yes, I won, I won, I won. My first tub of lard. Yes, yes, yes.....

I saw Mike at the Canadian Guitar fest last year and got to look at some of his guitars up close. I like the solid mahogany heal on a laminated neck and that is how I do mine. But I saw it first on a Greenfield. Good one Rod.

Ya, he sure builds some nice stuff. He has some great pics of a Brazilian/German spruce with an arm rest and rib rest, must be your motivation eh Josh?

Here they are just to drool over.

Yea, we don't have to look very far around here to find good inspiration for building. Laskin, Manzer, de Jonge, Greenfield, Alberico, Beneteau, ....and the list goes on of the great builders here in Canada. These are a few of the people I get my inspiration from. The rest of you are hear on the forum.

I should have recognized that. Mike was a student of Bryan Galloup's at
some point between my first and second stays there, and used to come
visit occasionally. I knew it looked quite familiar.
